A female is recovering right after she was hit in the head by a guy who attacked her with a fireplace extinguisher on Pico Boulevard Saturday early morning in West Los Angeles.
The suspect, who is still on the loose, was driving a chicken scooter when he approached the sufferer from driving and hit her.
The victim was knocked to the ground and hardly realized what was heading on following the assault.
The suspect fled the scene on the scooter.
“She had no concept – that was not even in her consciousness that she was currently being attacked,” Dan Steinberg, the victim’s boyfriend informed CBSLA Reporter Jake Reiner. “Within just about a block a guy approached in a car and said are you all right, I observed that gentleman assault you with a hearth extinguisher.”
The victim, who wished to stay nameless, instructed Reiner she was diagnosed with a concussion and will see a neurologist.
“She’s resting easily but she’s not sensation very well from the aspect results,” Steinberg reported.
The lookup is nevertheless on for the suspect and the weapon employed to assault the girl. The fireplace extinguisher was absent from the scene soon after law enforcement arrived.
