The husband of a girl who was fatally stabbed in the side road by her abusive ex-spouse has warned of a household abuse hindrance as “men can’t keep their fingers to themselves”.
Mother-of-, Yasmin “Wafah” Chkaifi, FORTY THREE, was once killed just minutes clear of her home in Maida Vale, west London through her ex-husband Leon McCaskie on Monday 24 January.
At The time of the killing, McCaskie, 41, used to be wanted for allegedly breaching a stalking restraint order and never turning up for a courtroom listening to.
Speaking for the primary time given that his wife’s demise, Joseph Salmon informed the BBC: “I just suppose household abuse is an overly bad downside and, if there’s no education about it from very young, if things aren’t looked after, if males cannot stay their arms to themselves, i do not know what we are going to do.”

Mr Salmon said that his wife used to be “sensible, suave and witty”, including “I Am thankful for the danger to talk to her, marry her, feel free together with her, and fall in love with her.”
He additionally stated that the Metropolitan Police “must have performed a lot more,” telling Sky Information: “That’s one thing we’d like to talk approximately at a later date as a result of they failed us they usually understand they failed us.”
“She left house cherished, healthy, robust, unbiased… she said to me ‘I love you, bye’, and that i said ‘I love you too, bye’.

A warrant for McCaskie’s arrest was once issued on January 4, after he failed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Courtroom for allegedly breaching a stalking order.
The Metropolitan Police has referred itself to the police watchdog as a result of its earlier contact with Ms Chkaifi.

“We Are simply at a loss, we’re just at a loss. She was a ravishing, caring, absolutely nice individual,” said Mr Salmon.
“it’s easy for people to say such things as that when a persons’ misplaced, but me and my spouse, we did not argue. She used to be my greatest love story, she used to be my largest everything.”
McCaskie died at the scene, after a 26-year-old motorist struck him together with his car throughout the attack.
The Metropolitan Police has because confirmed that the motorist, cited as “Abraham”, will face no further action after he was once firstly arrested on suspicion of homicide.
