Major snowstorm in the forecast for Great Lakes region

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has declared a state of emergency ahead of a snowstorm that could bring up to four feet of lake-effect snow to the western part of the state. Weather Channel meteorologist Alex Wallace joins CBS News with the latest on what to expect.
